Convert
All Text to Curves
Before submitting a file for processing use the menu command
Select All, then use the menu command Convert Text to Curves.
This will eliminate any potential font problems by changing
the fonts to artwork. (Keep a backup of your original file)

Only use colors from the CMYK or Pantone Process Colors Palette
Creating
EPS Files for placement in other programs (preferred)
1. Make sure you have setup the colors correctly and converted
your text to curves (see above)
2. Select a postscript printer in your print setup dialog.
3. Select the objects you wish to export (make sure they are
on your page, items that bleed off onto the desktop will not
work correctly!)
4. Select: File, Export, Save as Type- EPS, then Selected Only
Name the file then select Export
